Description

In areas characterized by the presence of a surface water table, specific legislation must be established regarding the prohibition of building underground works. In the area occupied by active springs and within a range of 50 meters from them, any intervention must be prohibited, unless it is aimed at improving the optimal state of the resource, the functionality index or in any case its maintenance.
