Description

Guarantee essential services as water, electricity, gas distribution, telephone services, waste disposal during and afterwards the emergency. All the above activities must be delivered both by providing for urgent and temporary repairs, and by using emergency equipment (e.g. generators, autoclaves, etc.) and by providing alternative means of supply (e.g. tank trucks, etc.).

Every person can make use of essential services despite the emergency.
